Arrest in Brampton shooting

An arrest has been made in last year’s fatal shooting of a man in Brampton.

28-year old Kearn Nedd was shot and killed at a banquet hall on April 16th when he was taking part in a poker tournament.

Police say Nedd intervened when two armed robbers came into the hall.

Tests have determined that the murder weapon was one of nine guns seized during a raid in June in Mississauga.

30 year old Samir Abdelgadir is facing charges.

Police are still searching for two other suspects.
