Another bad day for airline passengers

A ground stoppage because of extreme cold conditions at Toronto’s Pearson Airport caused hundred of flights to be delayed or cancelled Tuesday. This left hundreds stranded for hours.
And frustrations were high.  At one point, a group of three hundred travellers who had to wait for hours for their baggage, became so irate at the lack of information that five extra police officers were called to the airport. And other passengers were actually in tears.
