A church in Hamilton gave out five-hundred backpacks full of school supplies

The program was open to anyone who has a child from kindergarten through to high school.

The chapel of praise wanted to bring the community together for a celebration before the school year and remind students to take their studies seriously.

The backpacks are donated by the church and its members.

They’re customized for different grades so while primary school students get crayons, older students receive supplies for subjects like math.
