HAPPENING NOW:

Research in Motion stocks were down about Monday afternoon after British reports that the company may be splitting up.
A report in London’s “Sunday Times” says RIM is considering separating the manufacturing division for its BlackBerry’s from its messaging network.
The smartphone division could be spun off into a separately-listed company, or sold completely.
The other option would be to keep the company intact, but sell a large stake to an outside company, like Microsoft.
A spokesman for RIM says the company remains committed to its current turnaround strategy.
