Hamilton Santa Claus Parade returns next Saturday

The Hamilton Santa Claus Parade is coming to the Hamilton Mountain next Saturday starting at Upper Sherman Avenue and Acadia Drive.

The city says it will be keeping the same parade route and begin at 2 p.m., with the parade heading north on Upper Sherman Avenue to Limeridge Road and then west to Lime Ridge Mall.

City officials say the parade will end at the south side parking lot, outside of the former Hudson’s Bay.

This year’s parade will have an annual food drive again, with Mission Services collecting non-perishable food items and any financial donations.
