Halton Region Public Health warns public of potential measles exposure in Milton

Halton Region Public Health has confirmed a case of measles in Milton, Ont. that has led to potential exposures last month.

Public Health is alerting people who may have been exposed at three locations in late August.

The locations and dates are:

  • Real Canadian Superstore at 820 Main St. on Aug. 23 between 9 p.m. and midnight;
  • HomeSense at 55 Ontario St. South on Aug. 23 between 4:30 p.m. and 11 p.m.;
  • and the Santa Maria Medical Centre at 604 Santa Maria Blvd. on Aug. 25 from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., Aug. 28 from 12:40 p.m. to 8 p.m. and Aug. 29 from 12:10 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Anyone with concerns about possible exposure is advised to check their immunization records.
