Firefighter suffers minor injuries in Lincoln house fire

Around 30 firefighters responded to a house fire early this morning in the town of Lincoln, Ont.

Lincoln Fire Rescue arrived at a home on Lincoln Avenue just after 3 a.m. to find flames coming through the roof.

The home had extensive smoke and water damage, while two neighbouring homes sustained radiant-heat damage.

All four occupants of the house on fire got out safely.

One firefighter suffered minor injuries and was treated at the scene.

Officials believe the blaze may have started in the attic.

The cause remains under investigation and is not considered suspicious.
