Hamilton police say there are no significant injuries currently reported following a crash involving two vehicles in the city’s east end.

On Monday at around 12:35 p.m., officers responded to a collision on Barton Street near Strathearn Avenue.

Police say one of the vehicles struck a pole and as a result, Barton Street East is closed between Paling and Normanhurst avenues.

Roads will be closed until the pole and vehicles are cleared.
