Simcoe celebrates 100th anniversary of war memorial

The 100th anniversary of the Carillon Tower war memorial was celebrated Tuesday in Simcoe.
The celebration included a marching band, a flypast, and a performance by a local choir.
A march kicked off the ceremony to rededicate the memorial to the 216 Norfolk residents who died in the First World War.
