Justin Bieber’s case is due back in court on Valentine’s day. That’s when the Canadian pop star will formally enter his plea.

Bieber is charged with driving under the influence and resisting arrest. Police say he admitted to smoking marijuana and drinking the night he was pulled over during an alleged street race in Miami, Florida.
