Province making waves over Great Lakes protection

The province announced new plans today to protect the quality of water in the Great Lakes.

Environment minister Jim Bradley had the support of a wide range of organizations as he made the announcement. But one of the main concerns he faced today was not so much chemical pollution or toxic substances — but the federal approach to envrionmental protection. Al Sweeney explains.
