German police arrest Magnotta
Updated: Prime Minister Harper is congratulating German police for catching Luka Magnotta.
Magnotta, wanted on five charges including first-degree murder, was arrested this morning in Berlin – putting an end to an international manhunt.
It’s believed Magnotta killed a 33 year old Chinese national attending Montreal’s Concordia University – then posted a video of the killing online. Sean Leathong has been following this story.
