Abducted B.C. boy returned home

A three-year-old boy taken from his home in Sparwood, B.C. is back safe with his family, but police are still looking for his abductor.

Police say Kienan Hebert was returned by his suspected kidnapper 24 hours after an emotional plea from his family.

Police received a 9-1-1 call saying they would find the boy back home.

They are now hoping 46 year old Randall Hopley will turn himself in.

He was convicted of sexual assault in the mid-1980s, and sentenced to two years in prison.
