Hamilton pushing ahead with takeover of troubled hotel

One of the most notorious properties in Hamilton came up for discussion at city hall today.

The City Motor Hotel on Queenston Road has long been a magnet for police attention and a concern for residents in the area. The city decided to expropriate the battered business after failing to reach a deal to purchase the property.

The expropriation is now moving ahead, and our Scot Urquhart is at the City Motor Hotel tonight, to give us an update.
