Bulldogs’ annual toy toss

A Christmas tradition for the Hamilton Bulldogs at Copps Coliseum last night.

4,000 fans showed up for the Dogs’ annual toy toss. They had to wait for most of the game for the first goal by the dogs to toss all those stuffed animals on the ice.

It happened with less than four minutes left in the game when Steve Quailer had the game-winning goal in a 1-0 Bulldogs win.

All the toys tossed on the ice are being donated to the United Way and other charitable partners of the Bulldogs.
