Province’s looser liquor laws may vary by community

The province may be relaxing liquor laws, but that doesn’t mean that will happen in every community.

As of next Wednesday, June 1st, Ontario residents will be able to drink liquor more freely at outdoor festivals — and also drink longer at charity events and weddings. But as Kate Carnegie reports, you may not see changes right away, because individual municipalities will be governing the new rules.
