With the Ontario Liberal budget on the table this afternoon, premier Kathleen Wynne went on the attack of the Tories’ “million jobs plan.”
Wynne gave credit to the Progressive Conservative party and their “slogan,” but the premier continued by saying the slogan only masks the cuts the province would see in all sectors.
“They would actually cut jobs, they would cut education, they would cut education,” said Wynne during Question Period. “They would not invest in infrastructure and they would not partner with businesses … in order to bring those jobs to Ontario.”
The Progressive Conservatives have said that they will not support the Liberal budget. Ontario will go into a spring election if the NDP vote against the minority Liberal budget as well.
