VIDEO: One day after U.S. President Donald Trump threatened to block the opening of the Gordie Howe International Bridge connecting Windsor and Detroit, Prime Minister Mark Carney implied tensions are coming down. Speaking to reporters in Ottawa Tuesday morning, Carney said he had a “positive” conversation with Trump about the bridge opening, and explained Canada paid for the bridge in full and the Americans already have an ownership stake.
