Police say justice system failed homicide victim Darian Henderson-Bellman

In the wake of 25-year-old Darian Henderson-Bellman’s murder, chiefs of police from Halton and Peel have expressed a failure of the judicial system to protect her.

Henderson-Bellman’s ex-boyfriend Darnell Reid, a repeat violent offender is charged with killing her.
