Troubled RIM isn’t the only company trying to get a chunk of the tablet computer market – currently dominated by the iPad.

Microsoft and Google now have their own take on the tablet, offering some competition for Apple as RIM announced that it will be discontinuing the lowest-priced model of its BlackBerry Playbook. As Kate Carnegie reports, tech experts say it’s going to be tough to touch Apple.
