Weather creates travel challenges

Getting home in time for Christmas could be a bit harder this year. As Elise Copps reports, the icy weather has travelers crossing their fingers with delays and cancellations derailing flight plans across North America.

Also, the weather has caused the following cancellations:

  • The Burlington Cougars game at 8:00 pm Saturday at The Wave Twin rinks is cancelled. Make-up date to be announced later.
  • First Hamilton Christian Reformed Church on Charlton Avenue West in downtown Hamilton has cancelled Sunday (Dec 22) 9:30am worship service.
