More than 700 Canadian veterans were honoured in Oakville Monday.

Veterans who served in war, and peace, through conflicts dating back nearly a century. And as Scot Urquhart found out, it doesn’t seem to matter whether it was Europe, Korea, or Afghanistan; there appears to be a common thread, that holds all of these veterans together.
