Police have arrested two people in connection with multiple break-and-enters at cannabis stores throughout the Niagara Region.
The investigation into the break-and-enters began in August 2026, and a white 2024 Buick Envista was identified as a suspect vehicle. Officers also identified an associated address at Garner Road in Niagara Falls.
A search warrant was granted and later carried out on both the Buick Envista and the residence on Aug. 13.
After a long stand-off, the two suspects exited the residence and were arrested.
As a result of the searches, authorities recovered a large quantity of stolen property, suspect clothing and break-and-enter instruments believed to have been used at the cannabis stores.
