Trial continues in York Blvd. deaths
A man who is accused of killing three people on york boulevard in hamilton two and a half years ago is back in court.
Allan Maki has pled not guilty.
He will be trying to prove to a judge that he was in diabetic shock at the time of the crash.
Burlington newlyweds Hannah Gordon-Roche and her husband Jeffrey, along with 81 year old cyclist “Tong Vi Duong” died.
At Maki’s trial Monday, an off duty firefighter and paramedic described Maki’s condition when they arrived.
They say he didn’t appear to know where he was and that his blood sugar was low.
