Toronto police release video of car being set on fire

Police are searching for a suspect who set a vehicle on fire in a driveway in Toronto.

Officers were called to a home in the O’Connor Dr. and St. Clair Ave. East area around 5:15 a.m. Friday.

Police say a man approached the car, smashed the windows and doused the vehicle with gasoline. He then set it on fire before fleeing the area in a white four-door sedan.

The suspect is described as wearing a dark jacket, gloves, and black boots.

Police say he may have suffered significant injuries during the incident.
