Toronto law firm Rochon Genova says it has been retained by two survivors of the Delta flight that crash landed at Toronto Pearson airport.

No legal action has been taken yet.
On Monday, Delta Air Lines Flight 4819 crash-landed at Toronto Pearson, catching fire as it flipped upside down.
All 76 passengers and four crew members survived the crash, with injuries ranging from mild to severe.

Twenty of the 21 passengers who were sent to the hospital for treatment have been released.
“Our clients, similar to many other passengers, suffered personal injuries of a serious nature that required hospital attention,” said Vincent Genova, head of Rochon Genova’s Aviation Litigation Group.
“As fate would have it, our clients were instrumental in opening a damaged emergency exit before allowing others to disembark as the fire was about to spread. With our involvement, we expect to reach a timely and fair resolution for these clients and others who reach out to us.”
The cause of the crash is still unknown, and an investigation is ongoing.
The wreckage remains on the runway, forcing the airport to put a cap on departures throughout the day. Crews have begun removing parts of the wreckage.
