A man has died following a single-vehicle motorcycle collision in Thorold earlier this month.

Niagara police say the man succumbed to his injuries on Aug. 16.

The collision occurred on Aug. 8 on River Street, south of Cross Street, when the man crashed his black Harley Davidson motorbike after failing to negotiate a bend in the roadway.

He was initially transported to an out-of-region hospital with life-threatening injuries.
