Ontario Provincial Police say one person was ejected after a serious two-vehicle collision on Highway 58 in Port Colborne on Monday.

OPP Sgt. Kerry Schmidt says one person was ejected from one of the two vehicles. They were taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Others involved in the crash suffered minor injuries.

Highway 58 was closed between Barrick Road and Coronation Drive, but has since reopened.

There is no word yet on the cause of the collision or whether any charges will be laid.
