Arrests made in Welland robbery

Police have arrested two men after a robbery in Welland early Friday morning.

Police say the men entered a Mac’s Milk on Thorold Road and demanded money from the register.

Both suspects had a gun, and one shot was fired. The men stole money and lottery tickets before taking off in a red, four door car. No one was injured during the robbery.

19-year old Robert Osborn and 21-year old Brandon Porter of no fixed address face four charges with Osborn facing 4 additional charges.  Both will appear in St. Catharines Provincial Court Saturday morning for a bail hearing.
