Stolen pet memorial van found

We have an update to a story we first brought you last night on the Evening News.

A van belonging to Gateway Pet Memorial that was stolen last week, has been found. The remains of 36 pets were inside the van, and were on their way to Guelph to be prepared for cremation and other services.

Some of the pet owners were devastated when they got the news of the theft.

This morning Hamilton Police found the van in an alley near Cannon and Birch, with all of the contents still inside. So far no charges have been laid.
