St. Catharines Ward 6 councillor Carlos Garcia passes

St. Catharines-Port Dalhousie Ward 6 councillor Carlos Garcia has passed away.

Mayor Mat Siscoe of St. Catharines said in a statement that Garcia was a “good man” and will be fondly remembered for “his passion for heritage, the arts, and his beloved Port Dalhousie”.

Garcia was the City’s budget chair up until his passing.
