A 28-year-old St. Catharines resident has been arrested following an investigation into the exploitation of children by Niagara police.

Police say officers assigned to the Niagara Regional Police Service’s I.C.E. Uniti identified a suspect who lived in St. Catharines earlier this month.

Ryann Large was arrested on Wednesday and charged with possession of child pornography.

Large is currently being held in custody for a bail hearing later Thursday.
