A St. Catharines lawyer has been arrested and charged following an investigation by Niagara’s Central Fraud Unit.

Graham Wilson faces several charges, including two counts of fraud over $5,000, two counts of breach of trust, uttering a forged document, possession of property obtained by crime and misappropriation of money.

The fraud unit initiated an investigation following a complaint back in July after which additional complaints were received regarding a number of different legal matters.

Wilson has already appeared for a bail hearing and was released with several conditions.

Police are asking anyone with information to contact them.
