Updated video A split ruling on prostitution this morning from Ontario’s top court.
The court of appeal says Ottawa can rewrite its law banning brothels if it wishes, but the current law is unconstitutional. At the same time, the court has upheld a ban on soliciting for the purposes of selling sex.
