Small plane crash near Grimbsby Air Park

A man is in hospital after a small plane crashed near Grimsby Air Park.

The man suffered injuries to his head and torso. No one else was injured.

Airport officials say the plane took off shortly after 11 Saturday morning and quickly went down.

There’s no word yet on why he crashed.
