Seven years after beating death, Alicia Hill laid to rest
A funeral service was held this afternoon in St Catharines for Alicia Hill.
Hill was a sex trade worker who was brutally assaulted by a john and died seven years ago. He was never tried because she died months after the attack. Today a group of 20 people who’d never met Alicia Hill gathered to give her cremated remains a burial with dignity.
Deb Nanson, a sex trade worker advocate worked tirelessly to raise money for the burial service.
