Service Ontario kiosks to be shut down

They’ve been shut down since June, but all 72 Service Ontario kiosks are about to be shut down for good.

This after security violations were reported at four spots in the GTA.

The kiosks allowed access to 40 services, including address changes and licence plate stickers.

But over the summer, someone was trying to copy personal information from the magnetic strips on debit and credit cards at them.

You can still visit any of the 300 Service Ontario centres, or go online to access services.
