The last two years for Vollett have marked her growth as a basketball player. Along with winning multiple titles with the St. John's College junior girls' basketball and a silver with Team Canada, she won gold with Team Ontario at the 15U National Championships in 2024 and continues to be a major part of Lincoln Prep's success (a respected, long-standing basketball program based in Hamilton). Although Frances Vollett has excelled at a number of sports including high jump and softball, her sights are set on being a top-tier basketball player.

Born in Toronto, and moving to Brantford at the age of three, Vollett started playing sports at an early age.
