Ride for diabetes

Over 500 people gathered at Jackson Square outside Copps Coliseum to ride their bikes in the seventh annual Ride for Diabetes Research fundraiser. The event was organized by the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
Organizers say they are on track to reach their goal of raising over $200,000 this year. That amount doesn’t just include money raised today: our parent company Channel Zero helped raise $1300 for the foundation in a charity golf tournament last week.
