Real estate electronic signatures

Ontario’s PC’s want the province to approve the use of electronic signatures for real estate transactions.

They say Ontario is one of the last provinces to require people to manually sign papers when buying and selling properties. Belleville-area Conservative Todd Smith introduced the bill, which comes up for debate on March 21st.
