Provincial police patrolling for drivers on cells

Distracted driving is blamed in about four million vehicle crashes in North America every year.

Last year alone 83 people died on Ontario highways because the driver was distracted. As Lauran Sabourin reports, this week, the OPP are cracking down on people talking and texting behind the wheel.
