Provincial police look for federal offender known to frequent St. Catharines

Provincial police are asking for the public’s help in locating a man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant who is known to frequent the St. Catharines area.

Officers say 40-year-old Jesse Bannon is wanted for breaching his statutory release.

He is serving a sentence of seven years and four months for intimidation using a firearm, break and enter, sexual assault, assault and two counts for robbery.

Bannon is described as six-foot-one, 185 pounds, Indigenous, with a shaved head or short brown hair and hazel eyes.

Police say he has several tattoos including a heart on his left hand, the letters ‘F A M’ on his right hand, hockey sticks, a leaf and a heart on his left arm and a cross on his right arm. He also has two Swastikas tattooed on his chest.
