Police are investigating several break-and-enters throughout the Niagara Region in April that investigators believe are connected.
Detectives say they are investigating four incidents in St. Catharines, four incidents in Lincoln and one incident in Grimsby that are believed to be related.
According to authorities, the suspects smash the glass front doors to get into the business and then steal the cash register. The incidents are often quick, with suspects feeling the scene within minutes.
The suspects involved in the series of break-and-enters are using hoods, gloves and various masks to conceal their identities. Officers believe they are operating in a group.
Investigators say the group have been operating a light coloured Cadillac sedan – possibly a Cadillac ATS – and a white sedan, which they say is possibly a Honda Civic.

Anyone with information related to these break-and-enters is asked to contact police at 905-688-4111, option 3, ext. 1009702, or by emailing 9702@niagarapolice.ca.
Those wishing to provide information anonymously can do so through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or via their website.
