Portion of Regional Road 20 in Stoney Creek closed in both directions

Parts of Regional Road 20 from First Road East and Third Road East have been closed in both directions Sunday afternoon.

Hamilton police posted on X at around 3:43 p.m. reporting the road closure.

A post on social media made at around 4 p.m. says several firefighting teams were contacted to dispatch teams to a structure fire on the road.

CHCH News confirms that nearly a dozen fire trucks are in the area, and has reached out to confirm details regarding the road closure.
