Police nab kayakers before Falls plunge

Niagara Parks police say they’ve thwarted a plan by a pair of kayers to go over Niagara Falls.

They wouldn’t be the first people to try such a dangerous stunt. And as Lauran Sabourin reports police warned them that if they survived they would face a $10,000 fine.
