Plans are underway to replace the statue of famed freedom seeker Harriet Tubman that was damaged by a vandal over the thanksgiving weekend. The new bust will be part of a much larger renovation project that kicked off at the church Tubman attended in the 1850’s. Adam Atkinson reports.
