Pedestrians hit in Oshawa

Three teens from Whitby were arrested in Oshawa after police say a truck hit several pedestrians early Sunday morning. Two 13-year-olds and a 15-year-old are alleged to have been in the truck, which police say sped away when officers arrived and struck two men and a woman.

One of the men was reported to be in critical condition.

The province’s special investigations unit is looking into the incident.
