VIDEO: Netflix is walking away from the Warner Bros deal, setting the stage for Paramount to take over the historic Hollywood studio. The final bid was $31 per share, up from the previous Netflix bid of $27. It’s a $110 billion dollar deal and puts an end to this months long bidding war, but the shake up isn’t done just yet, there are still some finalizations that have to go through review.
