OPP looking for federal offender wanted on Canada Wide Warrant

OPP Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) squad is asking for the public’s help to find a 52-year-old federal offender who is wanted on a Canada wide warrant after he breached his parole.

Jeffery Marsh is described as being white, five-foot-nine and 222 pounds. He has a skull and flame tattooed on his left upper arm.  He also has a guitar tattooed on his left arm and a skull with ribbon, a cross, and the letters “HRLE” on his right upper arm.  Marsh also has a skull and hat on his right forearm and a leaf and rabbit on his right calf.

He is serving a two year sentence for armed robbery, disguise with intent and theft under 5000.

Police say Marsh is known to frequent the Greater Toronto Area.
