OPP arrest man in St. Catharines wanted on Canada-wide warrant

OPP have arrested Jesse Bannon in St. Catharines, ending a search for the man wanted on a Canada-wide warrant.

Bannon, 40, breached his statutory release on April 15.

He is serving a sentence of seven years and four months for intimidation using a firearm, break and enter, sexual assault, assault and two counts for robbery.

Authorities would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this investigation.
